



Dilruba is located at the top of Fethipaşa Preserve in Uskudar, presenting the most delicious tastes from Ottoman and Anatolian cuisines along the gorgeous Bosporus view surrounded with pine trees.
Fethipaşa Preserve: This preserve starts from north Uskudar and ends at Kuzguncuk covering all the hills in between. It is named after the Tophane Indicator Fethi Ahmet Paşa the groom who lived at times of 2. Mahmut (1808-1839) and Abdülmecid (1839-1861) the Ottoman Empires. The last landlord of the preserve is the grandson of Fethi Ahmet Paşa, Sevket Mocan. The famous writer Cemil Mreic also lived a long time at his house in this preserve. It is possible to see various types of trees , the area resembles a botanic garden. At the higher parts of the area red pine, regular pine, are some trees planted hundreds of years ago.
Dilruba is located in this beautiful spot of nature, serving for the pleasure of guests for years. It is a timeless location for a morning tea or breakfast also for a morning jog along the natural paths of the preserve.
Dilruba Restaurant is built in tree sections; the cafeteria, the garden and the main restaurant. The garden is the best location for a relaxing meal during the summer with the capacity for thousand guests and a big decorated pool. At the cafeteria by the pool our guests may have the pleasure of “nargile” and classic Turkish snacks, watching the unique Bosporus view.
